Construction Engineering
DSRT has developed a series of new concepts in pre-manufactured construction components in order to address the identified needs in various markets for mass housing requirements where there are serious limitations in terms of availability of skilled manpower and heavy material handling equipment. This system combines the flexibility that is required for projects delivering low cost large scale construction programs.
Manufacturing Technologies
DSRT has launched a development initiative for the design of various manufacturing plants for enabling small and medium industries to work within a cluster sharing synergies of infrastructure and related skills in order to optimise the working efficiency of operating clusters which are focused on specific sectors.

DSRT has entered into an agreement with CHEM from Taiwan for localisation and assembly of advanced fuel cell based energy modules developed by CHEM for the Telecom and data services segments.
Pre-manufactured wall segments
DSRT has entered into an agreement with Macrocomm Advanced Applied Technologies Pvt. Ltd., for the joint development of various modern systems of pre-manufactured construction components.
Automation for Smart Buildings
DSRT has entered into an agreement with Macrocomm Convergence Pte. Ltd., from Singapore for the development of electro-mechanical components and subsystems for integration with smart building systems

Industrial Cluster for small scale industries with special focus on Defence Offset Program.
DSRT has agreed to participate as a member of a consortium as the technology partner for migrating technologies on behalf of principal providers of technology and small scale industries with TEXET Global and other industrial infrastructure developers, who have initiated a major cluster development initiative for the Defence Offset Program in South India.
